Both tools do the same core job: find clearance prices in physical stores and tell you which nearby store has the item. BrickSeek has been doing it longer and has a community around it. TrackDeals is newer, costs half as much at the launch price, and is the only one of the two available in Spanish.
If you are a reseller who already works inside BrickSeek's community and its inventory checkers, there is no reason to switch for the sake of switching. If you are paying $19.99 a month mostly to see in-store markdowns and check stock, TrackDeals does that for $9.99 at the launch price.

What neither of them does
Neither gives coupon codes or promo codes, and neither can guarantee that a shelf price is still there when you arrive — stock moves during the day. Both show US stores only.
