Plain-language summary
TrackDeals is free to use. We earn money when you buy something from a retailer after tapping one of our deal links. The retailer pays us a small commission — at no additional cost to you. That's how we keep the lights on without charging you a subscription (we may offer an optional Premium tier in the future, but the core experience stays free).
The legal version
In accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255 ("Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising"), DEVORAPPS LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as "TrackDeals" ("TrackDeals", "we", "us"), discloses that we participate in affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites and apps to earn advertising fees by linking to retailer websites.
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
We also participate in affiliate programs operated by Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, the eBay Partner Network, and similar third-party networks. Through these networks we link to retailers such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, Nike, Adidas, Sierra Trading Post, Newegg, eBay, and others.
When you tap a deal that uses one of these networks, the network and/or the retailer may place attribution cookies in your browser to credit any resulting purchase to TrackDeals. These cookies typically expire within 24 hours to 30 days depending on the retailer.
What this means for you
- No extra cost: you pay the same price whether you reach the retailer through TrackDeals or directly. The retailer simply shares part of their advertising budget with us.
- No tracking of what you buy: we only receive aggregated commission reports. We do not see the individual products you purchase.
- Independent editorial: a retailer paying a commission has no influence over whether a deal appears in TrackDeals or how it is ranked. Deals are surfaced based on the quality of the discount, not on what pays us best.
How to identify an affiliate link
Every retailer link in TrackDeals may be an affiliate link. We do not flag them individually because, in keeping with FTC guidance, this site-wide disclosure covers all such links. If you prefer not to use an affiliate link, you can navigate directly to the retailer's site and search for the product manually.
